Fresh Chicken Kitchen

Ingredients

  • UneedChicken Breast Meat 1 serving 400g
  • Chopped Garlic 20g
  • Ginger 20g
  • Pepper 5g White Sesame / Garlic Peanuts 15g
  • Coriander 10g
  • Chili (moderate amount)
  • Salt / sugar / white pepper (moderate amount)
  • sesame oil (moderate amount)
  • balsamic vinegar (moderate amount)
  • Soy sauce (moderate amount)
  • Cabbage (moderate amount)
  • Ice/water (moderate amount)

Step

Take a pot of water and add salt to boil.

Braise the chicken breast, turn off the fire, cover the lid.

Put cabbage shredded ice served alternately.

Soak the cooked chicken in ice water.

Mix seasonings.

Sesame oil is heated on low heat and poured in the seasonings to stir evenly.

Add black vinegar, soy sauce and mix well.

Put cabbage as the base.

Chilled chicken breasts and drained the water.
